Staff are a total nightmare seen 4 members of staff including the Manager and everyone of them gave me a different story of why I had been sold 2 SIM cards for one phone. Disgraceful miss-selling. Totally disappointed and disgusted by O2 in general,but the staff in Galleries shop are a total shame.Have been trying since end of January to sort out my problem,which was caused by them and nothing.As long as they trapp you in the shop to give you a Better Deal and lie to you that is going to work is fine by them.The... read full comment
