Best next shop in area staff go the extra mile nothing a problem to them will only use that shop

Went to Washington store to collect click and collect parcel at 15.55 (full price items) only to be told store was shutting 3 hours ahead of normal time to get ready for sale. So much for the order before midnight promise.
