We were desperate to find the lava man schleic figure but it wasn't on the shelf so we asked an employee, Taylor was on his name badge (tall with Auburn hair) to help. He so easily could have told us that's all they had in, but he looked through every single box and in the last box he found it - amazing customer service...

i dont know if it was this store specifically but 15 years ago when i was a mere child, i was sold FAKE yu gi oh cards by smyths!!! this is SAD!
