Shop was well stocked and tidy, Martin on the till was lovely, great customer service :)

Dropped an item I store, realised when I got home which was within 15 mins tried ringing store, recorded message telling you to return to store, why when it would be easier to as assistant if it had been handed in, instead of asking me to go back on public transport when it may minot have been handed in, very disappointing.
