The majority of the staff always seem to be on the phone talking and don't even acknowledge you're there or speak to you. Poor poor poor customer service.

Think staff need re training and told to actually ask a customer if they have filled their car up rather than just assuming and charging them. Now having to wait for a refund after a member of staff automatically assumed I had filled up a car & charged me for someone else’s fuel
