I don't know the shop assistant s name , she has long auburn/ red hair. I would just like to say how friendly and professional she is. I only moved to Newcastle tecently and she is always so kind and also good at dealing with a lardl large queue of customers who are often impatient and she smiles through it all. Thankyou
