Would give 0 stars but unfortunately 1 is the minimum.Having escorted my 16 year old for her appointment to open her first account I can confidently say I will not go back.The appointment was booked 2 weeks prior and we were assured they would call us before hand to cover what would be required for her ID. If I could give these no stars then I would. Customer service is disgusting. Yorkshire bank used to be a good bank, since these took over it has gone down hill. I will be closing all of my accounts and going to another bank. I have been with these for over 20 years.
