Staff need training in customer service skills , esp woman on perfumes whom I believe is supervisor. Rude staff on that dept . Won’t be.back

A certain staff member in here, I won’t mention their name-however I know other people agree on me with this-they always have an attitude and cut you off when speaking to them at the counter. A smile goes a long way such a shame because it’s a nice shop

Went in today to buy a fragrance, the lass behind the counter looked miserable like she couldn’t be bothered to be there, unhelpful with any questions I had.Also they didn’t have many testers for the sprays so ended up buying one I didn’t get to test just to get out the place and once tried I disliked it.
