Rude staff, slow service, dirty store and bad language being used when they think you can’t hear, don’t follow own store policies. Been using this spar for close to 20 years and have never seen worse service or pricing as I have recently. Always good prices and friendly staff unleaded petrol at its lowest £1.49 per litre meaning I filled my tank today for only £45 and usually costs me £65 ******** star rating

I work at the spar on Ryhope road in Sunderland and for one , there is no chubby manager ,and there is no bad language in front of children or any other customer unlike what people have put in the reviews ( Jenna Allison )
