Spoke to pharmacist 2 days ago. Gentleman extremely helpful and thorough. Every other occasion seems to be fraught with problems; can't find prescription, items missing, items out of stock, staff chatting (to be fair only occasionally),. Always apologetic thankfully. Very friendly staff both in the pharmacy and the shop side. Had what we needed and decent prices too.
