Tried to use the monopoly cards and they said they wouldn’t accept it when I got the card a couple of days before attempting to use it also when you order they are usually missing some of your food

Ordered through the McDonald's app. Intended to order from the High Street shop as stopped using the Roker Retail one months ago. Main item missing from delivery. Rang the store. No apology at all. Basically said mistakes happen and I'd have to come and get the burger or claim a refund. Appalling attitude! Will never use... read full comment
