Staff helpful, good range of furniture

I called to attempt to donate my washing machine which is in perfect working order. I was asked a barrage of questions and then the van turned up today but they won't accept it as it has a tiny rust spot on the bottom. The whole process has left me baffled. Shame really as now it's probably going to end up as scrap.
