Should open late at least 1 day a week, ( even if hours stay the same, instead of 8 to 3,, do 12 to 7 one day a week) for those who work and can’t get there before 3pm…. Not everyone wants or is happy to talk to a computer.

Every evening, at 4 ish. Two cleaners from this branch sit in the greggs opposite. One is extremely rude and un controlled. If you don't like job as a cleaner don't take it out on others.
