“When to return some equipment to EE, I am a disabled driver so this is handy as there is a loading bay just round the corner which I can use, without getting a parking ticket, as this is allowed in Sunderland, was informed of this by a traffic warden. But obviously use your common sense. You can get a wheelchair in but you could be left waiting outside as space is limited”

“This is a Sunderland landmark which has remained unspoilt by suspended ceilings and strip lighting office fittings. High ceilings with decorative plasterwork picked out in gold. As a bank staff are wonderful and accessible ( not trapped behind glass partitions )”

“I've only been to this building society a couple of times when I was interested in one of the savings products they had to offer. The branch itself is a short walk from the main Bridges shopping centre. It is pleasant inside, though quite small. There is hardly ever a queue to be served. They used to offer quite attractive rates on their savings products, and I think they still do although in the current climate rates in general are not very good! The lady I spoke to when I opened my account was very happy to help, even though I had loads of awkward questions to ask, and I didn't feel rushed like in some banks. Oerall I've only had a good experience of this building society, unlike some of the larger banks and building societies I think these are more focused on giving good customer service which is important.”

“Its alright, be aware its not 24 hours as stated on google, it closes at 23:00 pm everyday as far as I'm aware. Its also a spar store so you will find goods you don't typically find elsewhere.”

“This is a decent Asda. Good selection, including a surprisingly great street food and hot counter. Good size George and Home sections. Huge car park, never an issue finding a space. The one negative I would say is the store is very dark and there are hardly any tills that aren't self serve, which is frustrating with a trolley full of shopping and a toddler. Also, the toiletry selection isn't huge.”
