What is the point of having a telephone if nobody ever answers it. Absolutely impossible to speak to an advisor.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I HATE the new layout! Nothing but a glorified indoor ATM where are the bank Clerks and counters? I'm still waiting for my paying in book... I'll be moving from TSB terrible customer service experience in most local TSB branches.

The new layout is so inpersonal...anyone can hear what you say went in today only 2 staff left my mum in the car as no parking...should have demolished with the other buildings...you have to get £500out of the cash machine...while there sussing you out..before I go n get more from the counter. Been with them 60 odd years... read full comment
