I ordered a coat online for my daughter to tryIt was delivered to another store.It unfortunately didn’t fit so I returned to the Kingston Park store on 30.11.23.The service I received was fantastic.The lady was very professional. Ordered a hoodie for delivery by 24/12/22 from Dalton Park store for delivery to Washington. Ordered to Washington as we'd be in Washington 24/12/22.It didn't arrive, the order is lost/delayed.Went into my local store, South Shields, with my original til receipt, for a refund and they said I need to goto the store I ordered... read full comment
