Popped into boots for my no7 face creams there was an assistant called Ruby what a wonderful young lady she is very polite and so helpful went above and beyond too help me can I just say boots south shields she is an absolute credit too you store.......there should be more like her !

Went into the shop before and thought I’d leave this review. The cashier called Ruby was foul. Awful attitude and terrible customer service needs improvement desperately! Refused to help me look for the things I needed and Kept looking at my boyfriend also that really freaked me out. Keep your dogs on a leash girlys... read full comment
