The customer service team need some training in customer service. When I went to return a parcel and explained I would need 2 labels as it came in to bags the response I got was a shrug of the shoulders, “never had that before”. Brenda certainly was not “Happy to help”

Warning to anyone using the pay at pump!
I always used this service and they pre-approve a £99 charge and refund the difference immediately after getting my fuel.
