Very rude, I went to post my parcel, a man with ethnic origin was behind me in the q he stood and waited for the rude lady to say here you get in the q, he was behind me for them to laugh and joke about the q being a mess, so rude unprofessional!

I visit the post office in Whitley Bay once or twice week with my work's business post.
