I went to get my prescription after waiting 5 days for my doctors to send it to be told I had to wait as it has just come through. I explained I was in a lot of pain due to me having endometriosis and did need it asap and couldn’t come back another day. I thought my local Boots was the worst one, but this is a close second, nipped in to quickly buy something. Every staff member behind prescriptions counter, two seemingly searching for one thing. Not an unreasonable reason to wait. But then I was ignored while they served someone that had come in after me, it was hotter... read full comment
