A lovely store inside the shopping centre, as always the staff are polite and friendly. The tasters are always nice to try and I always enjoy their tea and hot chocolate.

Very rude manager!!!!! Wouldn’t let us try FREE samples. Not good advertising for the brand which I have previously had good experience with. I recently visited this store with friends, but sadly, we won’t be returning due to an unpleasant encounter with one of the staff members. A short man with grey hair, a ginger beard, and a waistcoat was extremely rude to us.
