Don't deserve any rating. Save yourself a lot of hassle and go elsewhere. The waste of oxygen i spoke to was too lazy to even speak properly. Tried to get me to pay for a repair when I was already insured. The whole vodafone service has been useless. A total rip off.

Unfortunately going to leave Vodafone after several years due to pricing competitiveness, I understand pricing available is set by officials and not the store but I wish there were existing customer discounts which were deeper :-( shop staff are friendly however, so 5 star
