Check been lost 3 weeks ago. No one answers nobody bothered. Absolutely rubbish service

Well Virgin Money Newcastle is ran by school children who change shifts on the front desk every 15 minutes. 9 times I've had to visit the branch since July 23 to request a new bank card for a current account as the card was lost. I don't luve near and everytime i need money I'm having to go to the branch and each time told... read full comment
