Lovely receptionist who could not be more helpful supplying a missing bedside lamp and clean towel. Key card a little temperamental but accommodation fine.

Our stay was good , room was nice and clean the only thing we had a problem with was the temperature in the room it was very cold ,we did try ti turn the heating up but it just kept going back down, we did ask at reception and a young lad did come to the room but l don't think he knew how to sort it as he told us to just... read full comment

Simple, clean, and warm rooms within walking distance of Gateshead Metro Centre. 3 places to eat just outside the door. About 1 mile walk to the Metro Centre. Although by a railway and close to road I did not get disturbed during the night and only £30 per night.
