Makes no sense to have a parcel collection here. Turned up for their opening time and someone come to the door to say they’re opening later today. Had multiple instances where they’ve lost my parcels as well. Useless

Don’t get parcels delivered here if you have a job. Collection advertised on a paper sign at the door as just between 10-3. Staff refused to help despite having my parcel and the shop being open. Rude, unhelpful and a waste of time/money. Wouldn’t recommend

Awful yodel parcel pickup experience. The store is bleak, pickup times are wrong online and the staff was extremely rude.
