Amazing service by Ken "The Hippy", dropped my watch off for a battery replacement under the guarantee. Come back in half an our done and sorted, amended the date and time - nice little touch. Great service and great promotion with the lifetime warranty.

The gentlemen who served me (Ken the hippy) was just a good bloke in general. Friendly, very helpful, and cut about 30 keys for me in no time at all. Job was done quick and to an excellent standard
