Very rude staff no privacy as they shouted the name of my medication from the back of the shop to the counter I was very upset and embarrassed

Prescription sent last Thursday. Came to collect Sunday, not ready. Came to collect Wednesday evening, not complete. Handed me one item. Broke GDPR, by telling me the address. Didn’t ask for the address. Pharmacists in particular are very good at ignoring customers. Poor.
