Shopped at the Newcastle Northumberland Street store yesterday, Friday 5th January. The queue to pay was very long, only 3 people on the tills. Kirsty, who served me didn't even apologize for the wait, didn't ask if I had a loyalty card, didn't offer me to use points, I had to ask to get a receipt. I don't want to shop... read full comment
