Visited Screwfix. Had a genuine problem the manager, J Was unable to help in any way with. Was promised a call back on Monday to sort but no call at all. Had to visit the store twice to sort already. Very, very poor service from onsite manager and employee who told a lie. I would love to discuss this further and rectify... read full comment
