Went on a Saturday at 8:20 am gave the guy my slip explained I actually had more than one parcel so he check for the other. When he said it would be delivered again today just asked if could be left if no one was in and he said he’d try.I think going early is the best bet. Absolutely useless, order updated to say it was delivered 2 hours ago but had nothing through the door. Based on the photo the postman has likely put it through the neighbours door, who are away for Christmas. So unable to get my order. Employee clearly doesn't have a clue

Poor delivery office. Delivery staff can't even manage to deliver to correct address. Leave cards to say delivered to neighbour but never say which neighbour. Has gone rapidly down hill within the last few months.
