Fabulous! After an awful experience in the stand alone Reiss in town, the lady in Reiss Fenwicks was amazing! Unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but she certainly made my day, spent almost an hour with me whilst I was trying different looks. Thank you so much!

Today, the staff lady (blond hair, middle aged) nearly refused to show me the changing rooms, claiming they were full even though the other ones were just from the other side of the wall with free spaces (as I've learned from her colleague who luckily overheard our conversation).
