I went to post office recently, only to be told at 10.30am they need to close and training guy said a problem. I am not fit enough to walk back and forth and wasted my time and did not get to send item off. Since losing Chris and rest of his great staff, its now a total disaster, and has screwed up Fenham totally now...

Guy who serves with tattoos is unbelievably rude. Watched me and other stand in a queue for over 10 minutes then decided he was going on his lunch. Asked him if he could’ve mentioned this to me and he started chatting back.Also watched him moan and slag off a customer who was having some difficulties as soon as she left

Please amend your opening hours. I made a detour to visit your branch today and you were closed at lunchtime. This is not obvious on the post office website. I appreciate it may be due to staffing levels, but notification of opening hours is a basic standard.
