Staff are great, Id give staff 5* but because the place is full of tatt & now have taken over the fruit & veg shop the staff are spread between this & other shops owned by the owners I’ve given 2*No new counter has appeared as promised months ago. Went in today to send a parcel to my fiance for christmas and was sorted so efficiently. They are always so lovely and kind! Sorted my returns so easy as well! Went above and beyond as I forgot to print my label (oops). It's such a stressful time for these lovely employees. ABSOLUTE GOD SENDS!

3rd day of going to collect an item at a chosen day from Royal Mail, told by colleague that they are busy and have too many parcels to accept the batch mine is in. No emails/text updates just got to keep on turning up i suppose
