Decent service, but they're very pushy to the point of being rude in making people use the self serve kiosks. Multiple elderly people tried to say no to using them and the employee just said, "it's easy, just do it, come on". Popped in at 17:15, pretty quiet for a change, and nice to see a member of staff being pro active taking parcels from people and helping with the automated tills.

Extremely busy staff managing a long queue of customers efficiently and cheerfully. Lovely experience.
