When you actually get served, the staff are pleasant and friendly for the most part, but getting to that point can be a challenge. The phone line is almost constantly busy, requiring you to redial sometimes dozens of times which at the least suggests their phone facilities are inadequate. 03/02/24 - Terrible service. We were advised by 111 to take our 19 month old daughter to see the Pharmacist for some advice because she hasn't been very well. The Pharmacist on duty refused service and told my partner that our daughter was too young to be seen.
