Terrible attitude of the server when I went to pick up my parcel today. I work away for my job and the parcel was sent by a private individual who I have absolutely no control on the exact day it is sent. I was told it was not there initially and it was only after I said I'd report it as stolen that he huffed and puffed... read full comment
