I've visited the outlet of Costa Coffee several times over the last few weeks and I'd say my visit yesterday is typical of my experiences in this store. This city centre store is quite modern but it just doesn't have any atmosphere and carers mainly for the 'to go' customers. I like a window seat whilst I enjoy my coffee... read full comment
