Service and food is good and quick here. However, as much as I love Costa generally, I've spent half an hour sitting at a table inside the store listening to a female member of staff whingeing about how she is been treated by senior staff. This is about the small Costa between platforms 3 and 4, NOT the main one (they've always been lovely). A staff member was unbelievably rude when I asked about tap water. They weren't busy.
