Sold me broken items and can no longer find the items they sold me leaving me out of pocket with no futher help (switch wireless controller )

Good store with quality fairly used tech items... including computers of the best brand. I was happy with what I bought (I am not going to disclose what it is). Oh one point to note- one of the staff forgot to sign off, but when I went back to the store for the 3rd time, they did. Generally they were helpful
