I had a rather unfortunate conversation with a chap behind the counter who was not very patient or understanding when I asked to have my coffee without a lid in order to reduce my usage of single use plastic as I got caught short without my normal reusable cup.

The guy doesn’t treat well to the costumers. I hope he learns a way to deal with it. No hate for cafe Nero.
