Staff are constantly moaning about how much they hate working there and the slightest task they have to do. Barely acknowledge customers. Blatantly insulting and mocking other customers in front of others and not clearing tables. Rather they gossip about how bad all the Cafe nero shops are. Really like this cafe and use it a few times a week. Most of the staff are excellent bar one (the guy in the wig) who struts about trying their best not to do any work and when it gets so busy they have to they seem to be rude and arrogant to everyone they serve. I feel they might be in the wrong profession if they hate... read full comment
