This so called charity is a multi million pound business that directors and managers cream off the profits with mouth watering salaries, and give the unemployed something to do, keeping them off the streets selling over priced tat, you couldn't make it up.!! jobs for the boys and money for old rope, welcome to broken Britain.!!

I very much support this charity but have just returned home in tears after the way a member of staff spoke to me while trying to donate some of my deceased mother's belongings. I do not appreciate being spoken to like dirt or seeing my donations forced into a bin like rubbish.

It's sad how expensive this place has become; some items were even more expensive than the new ones! How is this a charity?
