Had to return an item ordered online that was damaged during delivery. Returned it to this store, and a staff member called Jordan was extremely helpful, professional and resolved the situation quickly.

Bought some headphones and when I got home I tried them on and they didn't fit my head . The next day I took them back to exchange for more expensive ones but they refused to except them saying because I took them out the box they are now used .
