Rude staff and closing services well before the time advertised, if you turn up at 3.50pm when it closes at 4 don’t expect to be served, door may shut at 4-6pm but they stop providing service well before. Very rude elderly woman behind the counter

Went in to renew provisional driving licence. Both PO website and Gov website say this service is provided. Staff in-store said it isnt, but could provide me forms to do so at home. Got home, turns out forms provided are to apply for a whole new licence. Employee definitely didn't misunderstand, as showed my expired provisional... read full comment
