Poor customer service staff were rude did not know much Info regarding there products , talking behind my back solution they used for cleaning samples probably expired my lips were swollen got in touch with store manager not very helpful did not get back to reply after my complaint highly disappointed

The ladies on the Chanel counter are absolutely lovely.So helpful I bought lots of makeup from them as they are not only knowledgeable but also they care about getting the best products for you without ever being pushy.Chanel products are first class and so are your staff.Thank you ladies for all your help
