Staff treat older people as if they are ignorant and know nothing about tech. Felt well and truly patronised today- especially given I am tech savvy & navigate a number of online platforms on a daily basis as part of my Director role.

I had a security issue on my very old iPhone 6s Plus that I just didn’t know how to sort out so we visited the Apple shop in the metro centre and were created by Anirudh. He didn’t hesitate to reassure me it could be sorted out easily but explained my model was just too old to be secure. I have owned it about 8 years.
