Timpson staff metro center have No customer service skills!On 10th Jan I ordered a key to be cut. I was told that it would take a couple of days and they would ring me when the key was ready. A week later after not hearing anything my daughter popped in to ask if the key was ready. She was greeted by a very rude man who...
