They have changed thier opening times 8am to 10am yes 2 hours a day but not updated thier Web site poor very poor at all levels

So RM haven't updated their opening times online. Says their open until 6pm on a Thursday... went at 11:30am on Thursday 9th Nov to find it had closed at 10am... poor show Royal Mail.

You need to change your opening times on your web site , it's 8am -10am Mon to Friday , your old hours were better, 2 hours early on a morning is not enough flexibility for people to collect there parcels
