Shopping late no message or anything stating it would be late cant ring to talk to anyone as the phone has been user busy for the last 2 hrs

Disgrace ordered online at 12.33am yesterday morning paid for same day delivery and still waiting ..went to shop this morning to see what was happening with delivery was told it would be delivered today timeslot 12.30..2.30 and still waiting cannot get through to them on phone just engaged tone then goes off ..its a bloody... read full comment

Wednesday 20th I placed a next day delivery slot between 8-10am for a food delivery.The next morning I received a text to say it’s running late and won’t be later than 10:46.It got to half 11 and nothing.
