Went to buy a cd. Waited at tills for 8 mins with no one bothered to serve customers. Manager chatting to his mate saw me then ignored getting another member of staff to help. Left without purchasing, ordered from Amazon instead. Used to be a loyal customer but won't be back.

Not what it used to be. I feel like the mystery boxes could be better, they could make their own with a mix of things rather than ordering them in from an outside company.Some of the isles seem a bit tight and I would worry about bringing someone with a wheelchair or mobility scooter along as I witnessed a couple struggle... read full comment

Absolutely rude and not helpful staff all lazy and stand like manic inns will not be be back ???
